My parents finance my studies at the Fine Arts of Versailles. They want the best for me… I am very spoiled. I wanted to come to Paris for its reputation of Capital of the Arts. I’ve had support from the Alliance Française that helped me find all my lodgings. I want to get inspiration from abroad, thinking of a future professional collaboration with my parents. They have two art galleries, one of paintings and another one of calligraphy…

I used to think Paris was magnificent, clean, the people kind… I isn’t like what I imagined… but daily life is less stressful than in China. However I feel lonely, loneliness is a real weight for me… sometimes I have a feeling of inferiority… it may be due to the language barrier because I don’t speak French. For me the codes are difficult to understand… the Chinese don’t show their feelings but the French are very expressive… it is a different way of life.
