• My name is Juan Fernando Ochoa, Mexican, from the state of Michoacán. Photography is my passion and it's there where I find my runaway from this confusing world. Optimism and curiosity lead my endless search for beauty. Sometimes I find it in the curious glance if a kid, some others in the rosy tint of dawn, in the light mist or even in the wrinkles of an elder face. There's other moments when I find that beauty in the noisy welding, metallic and emery world. The craftsmen from my land are a continuous inspiration to me and I often look for them in order to document their skilled hands and this craftwork, which is handed down from one generation to the next. And my land…. Michoacán, which is stunningly beautiful.
