Eduardo Momeñe

  • Eduardo Momeñe is a photographer and author of articles and essays about the aesthetics of photography. Teaching of photography has had a prominent place in his career path. He has taught numerous courses, workshops and seminars and there are photographers of renowned prestige among his students. He has conducted projects like the television series The Open Door and the magazine Photographs, both considered to be reference works. His first exhibition took place in the Nikon Gallery of Barcelona in 1974 and the last in the Luis Burgos gallery of Madrid in 2018. His photographs are part of public and private collections and he has hosted exhibitions in different countries. Magazines like Vogue, Marie Claire, Elle and Style have published his images on fashion, illustration and portraits. He is the author of the books "Photographic Vision", "The photographs of Burton Norton" and "The Pleasure of taking photographs", recently published.
